Submission Guidelines

Abstract Template
  • Submit your abstract via email at ic_sdgs@juw.edu.pk
  • Include the thematic area in the subject line of the email.
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • The word count should range from 300 to 350 words.
  • Use Times New Roman font, with a 12-point size.
  • Apply single line spacing throughout the document
  • The abstract should follow a structured format and must include the following sections: Background, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Conclusion and Keywords: Include 4 to 6 relevant keywords.
  • Indicate if the submission is for an Oral or Poster presentation.
  • Provide the names of all authors with their affiliation and indicate the presenting author.
  • All submitted abstracts will undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure quality and relevance.
  • The similarity index of submitted abstract must be lower than 19% to be considered.
  • All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings book, and each abstract will be assigned a DOI.
